2. Life insurance, health insurance is a product of PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia with OJK business license Number: KEP-513/KMK.017/1996 which is a service product provider for protection from loss of life/health costs for hospital treatment

3. PT Asuransi Allianz Life Syariah Indonesia, Izin Usaha PT Asuransi Allianz Life Syariah Indonesia Nomor KEP-56/D.05/2023 tanggal 11 Agustus 2023.
